The Gut Reset: A 21-Day Nutrition Journey

Your gut sets the tone for everything: energy, digestion, mood, cravings, immunity, and even how your brain performs under stress.

The Gut Reset is a guided 21-day nutrition journey designed to help you calm inflammation, rebalance digestion, and reconnect with food in a way that supports long-term health — not quick fixes.

This program is inspired by the principles of Dr. Alejandro Junger’s Clean Gut framework and refined through my 25 years of coaching athletes and clients who need real-world strategies that fit into busy lives.

This is not a starvation cleanse or a juice-only reset. It is a structured, nourishing approach to eating that helps your gut heal while still fueling your body properly.

Over the course of 21 days, you will learn how to simplify food choices, reduce digestive stressors, and create repeatable habits that support gut health long after the program ends.

The goal is clarity, consistency, and control around food — not restriction for restriction’s sake.

The Gut Reset: A 21-Day Nutrition Journey

This journey emphasizes removing common dietary irritants while increasing nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory foods that support digestion, blood sugar balance, and the gut–brain connection.

You will follow clear guidelines while learning how to personalize the approach based on your body’s response.

You will receive a comprehensive PDF that outlines:

  • Foods to prioritize and why they support gut repair
  • Foods to temporarily avoid to reduce inflammation and digestive overload
  • A sample meal plan to remove guesswork and decision fatigue
  • A grocery and supplement guide to help you prepare with confidence
  • An article written for Triathlete Magazine on food addiction and the biology behind cravings
  • Recipes and meal ideas

This reset is structured, but flexible enough to adapt to your preferences while staying within the framework that produces results.

Program Support & Structure

You are not doing this alone. Education, accountability, and community are built into the experience.

Live Zoom Coaching Sessions

We will meet live throughout the 21 days to review key concepts, address challenges, and keep momentum high. These sessions are designed to help you stay consistent, troubleshoot obstacles, and understand what your body is telling you.

Scheduled Zoom calls (4:30–5:00 pm PST):

  • Jan 28th – Course introduction and preparation for Feb 2nd start date
  • Feb 2nd
  • Feb 9th
  • Feb 16th
  • Feb 23rd – Post-reset review and next steps

The Zoom link and recordings will be emailed on the day of each session.

Guidance Without Overwhelm

You will be given enough structure to feel confident without being micromanaged or overloaded with rules. This program teaches you how to think about food differently so you can make smarter choices moving forward.

Community & Connection

Join the conversation on Instagram at @krista_bodynshape, where participants share recipes, product finds, wins, and lessons learned. Community support often becomes one of the most powerful parts of this reset.

Why Gut Health Matters

The gut is often called the “second brain” for good reason. It plays a central role in digestion, immune function, hormone regulation, mood, and mental clarity.

When the gut is inflamed or out of balance, it can contribute to fatigue, brain fog, cravings, digestive distress, and systemic inflammation.

This reset is designed to help you calm the gut environment, improve nutrient absorption, and restore a healthier relationship with food so your body can function the way it was designed to.

Who This Program Is For

This program is designed for people who want to feel better, look better, and function at a higher level.

It is a strong fit if you are looking to decrease body fat, support lean muscle mass, increase daily energy, reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and support healthy aging from the inside out.

It is also especially helpful for individuals using peptides, including GLP-1 receptor agonists, who want to optimize digestion, nutrient intake, metabolic health, and results while on these therapies.

This program is ideal for:

  • Anyone feeling bloated, inflamed, low-energy, or stuck in cycles of cravings
  • Individuals who want to reset habits after stress, travel, or inconsistent eating
  • Athletes and active individuals seeking better digestion, recovery, and sustained performance
  • Anyone focused on anti-aging, metabolic health, and building a strong long-term foundation for vitality

This reset supports both how your body looks and how it performs, helping you feel more resilient, clear-headed, and energized in everyday life.

This is a reset, not a finish line.

The real win is what you take with you when the 21 days are over: better awareness, better habits, and a gut that actually works with you — not against you.
