Choose Your Type of Training Plan

We’ve designed Full Distance Triathlon Training Plans for both novice and experienced triathletes competing in triathlons consisting of a 2.4-mile swim / 112-mile bike / 26.2-mile run.

We’ve developed Half Distance Triathlon Training Plans for both novice and experienced triathletes competing triathlons consisting of 1.2-mile swim / 56-mile bike / 13.1-mile run.

Our Sprint and International Triathlon Training Plans are for triathletes competing in Sprint triathlons (750m swim / 20km bike / 5km run) & International triathlons (1.5km swim / 40km bike / 10km run).
